We are committed to giving you the best possible service. This will only be achieved by working together. Help us to help you. Following discussion, you will be given the most appropriate care for you, by suitably qualified people. No care or treatment will be given without your informed consent. In return we would ask you to try and follow the medical advice offered and to take any medication as advised. Please do not expect a prescription from every consultation with a doctor or nurse; there may be other options for treatment. We will follow the current best practice guidance.
